one of my collegues just pleaded with me to eat a chocolate chip cookie and I caved...
it might have been a wall that pleaded with me. I'm not sure at this point, I'm so spaced out!:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

I have learned a lesson.
I will never start taking hard drugs. I couldn't make it in rehab if this is me just off caffeine...:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

Not in rehab
Feeling much better today, headache is lessening.
I've been working hard all day so not been able to get on. I'm heading to a friends for dinner tonight but hopefully will update later tonight.
I forgot to tell you about something that made me all excited at the weekend. 'Credit crunch' now has a sign translation!! I'll explain it later (remind me)

Well done you! You're through the worst of it now - you'll be able to sleep properly in the next few days.

I told you I was going to try to describe the sign for credit crunch...
Here it is
Sign for credit - old style swiping of a credit card (no chip and pin in BSL)
The part of the sign is a combination of... wait for it... the words for...
complex, reduce, crush, crunch, bite, change and spoil
no wonder it took everyone so long!:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

I am having a rubbish month money wise. I got paid and it is almost all gone with very little spending from me. I was quite far into my overdraft but am using that (interest free) to pay off other stuff (definately not interest free)
I am going to look at getting another cc soon, either 0% or low% for life of card and transfer my other card balance over. I have a confession to make, I have no idea of the apr on my cc. (and I call myself a dfw...)
I need to pay off my sofa this month (at least that will be another debt gone, well, transfered to the overdraft) but it is £255 ish.
I have called in all debts owed to me now. ~£100 from my friend in NZ, just waiting for it to transfer from my paypal account to my bank account. Also, the over payment difference refund from my car insurance 2007-2008. As you may remember I got my excess back for that in December that money went straight to my course (still owe £600 on that). I am hoping it may be a fair amount - the difference between having 2 outstanding claims and 2 years no claims bonus should be a good difference - fingers crossed.
My sky special offer runs out in Feb so I am going to call them up tomorrow hopefully to discuss what deals they can offer me. I want to keep the movies and a few of the channel packages. I don't go out that much so it is my main entertainment back up plan.
Shame on me again. I have discovered a recurring debit from my bank account (not DD) for less than a tenner. It is less than a tenner that should be staying in the bank account!!! I am going to investigate this over the weekend too.
I guess i still have a lot to learn.
Going shopping to Tesco at lunchtime. will be cheap cause I can't buy anything that will spoil in the car between lunchtime and getting home around 5ish.
I better get going. I got told off for being on here during work time yesterday.
