Usually I am not too bad with lunches and things but yesterday was just the last straw. I love Aldi noodles, don't get me wrong. but good grief I couldn't do it. I'd had enough.
Today I have noodles.
Honest.
But not Aldi packet noodles! Yey! I have last night's stirfry leftovers. It was really tasty and I'm looking forward to it in a way you can't imagine. It isn't desicated in a packet (and took less than 10mins to make). I think it cost around £1 for 3 portions (maybe slightly more) and is mostly healthy (I could make it cheaper if I made my own stirfy sauce... I sense a challenge coming on!)
I'll post proper in a mo.

Have you ever accidentally changed something major??
Suddenly today I have stopped drinking coffee.
This is major. I drink around 4 to 8 strong cups of coffee per day when I'm at work.
Today I just stopped.
strange!
Now I've noticed, I want to keep up with it, hopefully I'll feel better and lose a little weight (my coffee is chock full of sugar when I'm at work) and keep it up long term. Just now I feel drained and exhausted though, I've not had any sugar other than natural fruit sugars and the only caffeine I have had was one cup of earl grey at 10am. At least I don't have the shakes or anything.
Another cup of earl grey coming right up...
wish me luck!:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

Karmacat's got some excellent suggestions there KT. Think you need to do a meal plan for the week. It's helped me to keep the shopping under control as well as have a balanced diet.
Enjoy the noodles

Now that is a weird coincidence! I drank that much coffee too. Now I can only drink one cup first thing after that it tastes vile! I drink fruit tea or water all day. I am particularly fond of blackberry and nettle - no, really, I am!Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

I'm not a fruit tea fan, but I like the herb ones, peppermint, nettle etc...Now that is a weird coincidence! I drank that much coffee too. If I have the first cup I'll drink it all day..
I have a headache now. Not sure if that is the lack of coffee or the work I'm doing.
I'm drinking gallons of water cause I'm thirsty.
No like this!
not even sure why I'm doing it.....:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!
