Michelle my quidco and facebook have been ok when I have used them. Sounds like you and the boys had great fun!

johanne it's a shame she doesn't see that allowing him to move in would probably help. Giving you both time and space. My DP eventually moved out when we had problems and it made him really realise what he'd lost, for the time he was under the same roof he didn't care as had the best of both worlds. I didn't let him move back in for a long time but I believe it was a good decision.

pigpen, DS1s a teen, it happens to us all at some point, the stroppy mother would probably like her daughter enjoy being the poor victim and getting attention so don't let her get what she seems to want! Oh and don't punch a wall instead they hurt.

DS2 appointment done, DS1s still out with his Dad but on their way back now I think (this is quite a miracle he's had him since 9am but am wondering if he's been fed.....) DW filled and on, WM will be finished in a mo. Need to vacuum before DS1 gets back so best go do it now.....
One day I might be more organised...........

SPC2 #571 - trying to get as much as possible
  • Hi everyone.

Not really done much flying today...we're all suffering with colds here. But I have cooked the large chicken for OH I got from the staff shop at work for about £3 (should have been £7) and am now boiling the carcass for soup for him. I say for OH as me & the girls are veggie! Don't know how long to boil it for though:confused:?

Here's my list of things I have done today:
    Gone for coffee with friends
Did quick lunch for DD2 and put her to bed.
Had quick lunch and half hour nap (working tonight so can't have early night).
    Scanned the thread
Checked out this week's email...did you all see the 20% day at M&S tomorrow? Includes all the xmas stuff which is already 3 for 2 and wine. Basically everything expect food and technology.
    Posted 2 ebay parcels

Do you think that'll pass for flying????;);)

Johanne...have posted your parcel too, 2nd class so should be with you end of the this week or beginning of next. The coat did sell on ebay but found another one and have thrown that in too.

A&W's mum...that looks like a good deal! Sure he'll be delighted with them! We'll miss you though!!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Pigpen...just echoing what everyone else thinks on here...you are a fab mum...you do so much for your family...don't let one narrowminded woman bring you down. We all know you are better than that!

    Off to make a lemsip.
