pigpen I know you said you didnt want sympathy but dont be so hard on yourself - life can be a real !!!!! at times and you seem to suffer from it more than most. I dont have any words of wisdom for you - you need to read your post and answer it as if one of us has written it!
Have a good and a big then GET A GRIP!!!! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE - ME???????? there's not room on the thread for 2 like me so behave yourself!!!!! or I will give you a now get your bum in gear and do what needs doing

It's important to see what we do in the light of what we do and not in the light of how we feel about what we do. Feelings are fickle. Don't allow how your feeling 'now' to make you doubt yourself.
