Hmm... fair point Sunny - although your cake certainly sounds worth the trouble!

I remember a caterpillar cake I really wanted from some supermarket when I was little - my mum always made a round choc cake which was delicious but for some reason I wanted something different.
SO she made a caterpillar. And OH it was ace. Much cooler than a supermarket one. If any of the kids are home for birthdays, she still makes caterpillars today. Strange how things like that stick, complete with the memories (and the smartie decorations!)

Ues I know it is rather sad to be quite so excited about coat hooks.. BUT I've not had any in over a year so it is a novelty AND... *drumroll with Cello accompaniment* .. I have low ones so the chillies can hang up their own coats.. AND ... *the cymbals join the ensemble* we have a tesco crate for SHOES!!!!!!!!!!!

I also have 2 baskets of folded socks, a carrier full for nursery and a carrier full for recycling.. on a less positive not I am growing the mother of all spots in the middle of my forehead like a bindi .. in fact if it gets much bigger I'll resemble a unicorn!

The first part of my hallway is clear.. and the coats are all under control so under the stairs is reasonable. I have moved Hazels poo tray over a bit and finally caught her in the act of pi$$ing on the carpet so she got a telling off and dumped in the litter tray.. and has used it ever since!!!! :eek:

Tomorrows list needs compiling so I'll do that in a mo and DS1 has a hospital appointment on Wednesday and I have my college tutorial tomorrow at noon.. .. right.. list..

Tooch... if you really crane your neck you can see the Bay... otherwise it's the Coal Exchange (I live opposite). Maybe a christmas FlyParty? (bring a duster)

And one for the group. Cardiff has to go fancy dress next Saturday. The theme is "Inspired by the Musicals". You don't necessarily have to go as a particular character from a particular film but could go as a whole film if you wanted. The only stipulation is I've got to get to Llanishen on the train in the outfit.

Any ideas?

I'm going to try to be in....got halfway though the livingroom today so I'll try to do some more tomorrow, but I'm off out for lunch with a friend I'm going to be a proper grown up and going to a pub and everything :D Alcohol in the middle of the day...and even worse on a school day....good job it'll only be half a fosters :rotfl::rotfl:

Which reminds me I need to go to the cash machine (ex couldn't pay me back today :rolleyes:The money was going to be used for lunch tomorrow and now have to come out of my bank account....wonder if I should be charging him interest? He now owes me about £85 I think:mad: Mind you I know he gets paid on Thursday so no excuse on Sunday ...who's the one working with a good income? :rotfl::rotfl: )

So plan for this week :

• My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is.............. to leave the house at 8.50 for school
  
• MON - Lunch, NVQ work
• Tue - placement, Drs, Brownies, NVQ work
• Wed - placement, NVQ work
• Thur - placement, Assessment, Town (Christmas tree lights switch on & more :D )
• Fri - OU ALL DAY
• Sat - Craft Fair (Brownies 11am)
• Sun - Ex here 11am

Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs (deleting what was done Sunday and extras...not this week matey!)

Dusting, even if around everything

Wipe all the paintwork.. right up the stairs.. and back down again

Got some very good news tonight as well....my first TMA from my second course came back - 85% :j:j:j Well chuffed is an understatement. :D:D

Right I'm off to bed, I need to fit a bath in tomorrow morning after taking DD to school Night all :wave:

Remove clutter .. just 5 minutes needed in the hallway
Clean windows and all glass..
Level 3
Wipe all the paintwork.. right up the stairs.. and back down again
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
Extra Mission:

1. Sort out coats and bags and shoes
2. Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!

Nuns have been mooted... and ten of us on the train might give the Arriva Wales ticket man something to talk about! My friend at work explained how she was going as the cyclone from the Wizard of Oz complete with paper maiche house as a hat. Not sure how I'm going to compete with that... or if I should even try.

Third lobster, perhaps?

have you tried the indoor market?........thinking..............is it for said costume, or something else?
