I just got off the phone to them, The guy is going to phone me back later but he said as far as he knows, the emails have been sent out in error.

I got it, as well - I've rung them and gone ballistic. :mad:

The girl said that she didn't know why I'd got it and that the nikon wouldn't be despatched until 9/1. I've asked for recompense for time and trouble, which she's agreed to sort out after I've received the item - I told her that Moroccan street traders were more efficient. She said that she will try and get the Nikon priority shipped to me. Time will tell........................... :mad:

i got the email and decided to phone. im on hold at the moment and have been for over 10 mins any tips on wat to say to get some compensation thanks

Tell them the same as I did - that you expect better service from a major international company and that you want recompense for your time and trouble

i got a cocky guy on the phone saying it was a freephone number and that they have only just realised there problem pretty crap for wasting nearly 20 mins of my time
