Firstly, if you object to a comment made by another member, you only need to report it to abuse and let us deal with it. This current arguement is getting us nowhere.

Secondly, there is now nothing to be gained by taking this debate further. You have made your point, as have others, and we are now just covering the same ground and everyone is getting upset.

this has lowered the tone of the board. And some of the comments from members of this board have been disgusting against another member of the forum.
And as for smilies on message boards i don't agree with them it is so easy for somebody to use to many.

Oh and for the record i have received a letter from Apple today with my £35 credit.

It looks like the camera was never there in the first place. And if somebody got the 5600 and they are happy with it what does it matter.

Funny how the person who started all this trouble by lying about the deal he was offered is keeping a low profile. Strange also that no-one has commented on what was obviously a made up story !!

I told apple that i had bought a memory card and carrying case for the 5200 (not really!) and they said they will only credit me £35 when i have faxed off a photocopy of my receit for the memory card and case!! NOT FAIR as some people who have been phoning up apple, have received the credit of £35 straight away!!!
