i know you have tried pretty much everything so far

uninstall fuji software, disconnect camera.

reboot pc, forget installing the software just plug the camera in and see what happens

contacted fuji this morning and he sent me some files by email,i have opened up the files as he said and they went to my window files he then said this:

Please find the attached files
disk.inf, disk.pnf, usbstor.inf,
usbstor.pnf, usbstor.sys and
disk.sys.

The files disk.inf, disk.pnf,
usbstor.inf and usbstor.pnf need
transferring to the folder
C:\Windows\inf
If this folder does not appear, it
may be due to you having "Do no show
hidden files" ticked in the Windows
Explorer Folder Options View.

The files usbstor.sys and disk.sys
need transferring to the folder
C:\Windows\System32\drivers

It is advisable to backup the
existing files disk.inf, disk.pnf,
usbstor.inf, usbstor.pnf,
usbstor.sys and disk.sys presently
on the computer.

now..i dont know how to do this,can anyone help with this please.

Go to windows explorer. then Tools folder options View tab, show hidden files and folders, now what uou have to do is drag and drop the new files into the folders they have asked you to put them in.

So drop the first lot here to C:\ Windows\inf

Then click on the + symbol to get to this folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers and
then drop the second lot of files in there......


What they are asking is for you to first of all make a back up (copy) of the original files you are overwriting first to do this just click the file to be overwitten and choose

Edit copy to folder, then send to your desktop.

when i go to start-all pog accseories i then have a list of things to choose from like
entertainment
system tools
paint calculater thet kind of things
i apologise for this i really dont know what im doing here!!

i can see all the files he has given me in windows files and when click on say diskinf it gives me options on the left side like,publish,copy,move this file,is this the same thing?
