My local one was heaving as well ! Before paying for my buy with the 20% off I checked if I could have a refund for it if it was the wrong size and was told I could.

if they werent so overpriced in the first place they wouldnt need to do these sales. 3 for 2 etc is not a deal they are dear to start with.

Just placed my order. Came up with free delivery for me without putting a code in?

Great bargain though, was more like 50% off with the 3 for 2. Order should have been £49, came to £25.20 with discounts though :T :T :T

Now people will think Ive been extra generous this year lol

Happened to be in town this afternoon and made the mistake of going to M+S and got stuck behind someone doing 7 separate transactions for wine with the vouchers and staff discount - I love a bargain and good on them but it would have been nice to have said we're going to take a long time here as we're putting it through separately but never mind - I just had a few food bits and 1 gift.

But tonight have done a clothes online order, not done it before from them but it was great - and topped up with some basics and free delivery - work might hate me as that's 2 parcels I'll be getting next week...

I completed my order just before midnight - but the discount has not been applied. Very annoyed.

I would email them via the "contact us" button on the homepage and quote your order number. They will be able to see the time it was processed and should apply the discount for you manually. They usually reply within 24 hours. Good luck!

Placed order just before midnight - on close inspection after sending looks like 20% been missed off but my confirmation e mail from M&S sent before midenight. So confused - rang M&S today and they said not a problem and removed the 20% manually apparently discount did not work for last 5-6 mins of promotion. So all you late birds like me check your payment section carefully. M&S phone centre really good though as one would expect!!
