  • I ordered online just after midnight but there were 3 tops I could not get in my size so I went to Newcastle this morning, it was heaving with people and had been open since 7am. Never the less I got what I went for so I am well pleased.

Although, I have had no trouble with the online orders for a while now I still split my orders up and I have had an email sayiny one has been dispatched, one is being dispatched soon and the last one and the last one says nothing.

I went in today retrieved the goods I'd put buy and took several other items that Id not seen on tuesday. After a bit of a trying on session I came out with 5 tops and 2 cardis. I saved over £30 and with the £25 voucher I'd been given it cost me bout £85, an absoloute bargain!

Please do carolineb23- I got the 2 for £10 and the 10% off 6 bottles but not the further 20% and was just told that cava wasnt included but wine was.

Seems daft when you are still getting the 20% off the 3 for 2 offers in store - and thats 20% off the full price of the 3 items before the 3rd one is discounted.

Think I will email them - have had £25 off them since the last online sale and my order was categorically screwed up!:T
The cava prestige which is on 2 for £10 did have signs on the price tickets to say it wasn't included in the 20% off in my local store. However, the standard Cava usually £4.39 a bottle is included although it didn't come off at the till so the manager refunded it and resold it taking the 20% off.
I can only think the prestige cava isn't in it as its on a good offer anyway at 2 for £10 (saving £3.98) but the 3 for 2 xmas stuff is still in it so it seems a bit strange. it did definitely say it on the ticket though in Crewe.
  • Well I emailed and the reply was that I should have got the 20% off the cava so have scanned and emailed my receipt to them - so should get the refund.

However mine was the £5.59 bottles - think they are the 2 for £10 - but she didnt mention that in the email so heres hoping they refund me the 20% - makes about another £6 off which would be great!

Thanks for letting me know carolineb23 - definitely no signs where I was.

Fingers crossed and I will let you know!

Went into M&S Moorgate in my lunch break and got some really good items, went back after work and got some more (was less busy then!), the Autograph cashmere sweater I had bought earlier was now not there in my size anymore, glad I didn't wait around! Then went home, got online and bought some more, LOL. My items came to exactly £30 but wasn't sure whether free delivery would be applied before or after discount, put the code in anyway and hey presto, it worked! Very nice of them, you basically pay £24 and still get free delivery! Could have done with buying one pyjama a size bigger so will try and exchange tomorrow, hoping that will work without losing the discount!

What I will do next time though when I hear of such a sale: go in the day before, try a lot of stuff on, make a note of what I want to buy, go in early on the day, grab it off the racks (hoping it's still there) and make a beeline for the till. The amount of time I queued today instore just to try stuff on! They must have made a mint on us.
    Reclaimed thanks to this site:

If your swapping the pyjamas for exactly the same ones then they will honour the discount.

Next time there is a sale like this, go in the day before, try everything on. When you've decided, take what you want to a till and ask them to do a customer reservation for you. Just pick them up from the ordering desk the next day.
Thats what a lot of customers did yesterday;)

Yes, the same ones, just a size bigger.

I wish I had thought about this before, will definitely do "customer reservation" next time, thanks!
