The 3 for 2 on cushions wasn't working online for me this morning (the silk £15 ones), so headed back to store to re-buy what I got a few weeks ago, 3 for 2 still working on cushions instore . Also bought new suit for OH which he needs anyway plus outfit for me for upcoming night out. Saved a packet .

Been to Bolton this morning was quiet early on, a misleading offer caused us problems, staff did not seem fully upto speed with what was going on, then the receipt did not print took half an hour to sort! you can imagine the queue they had to get a print from admin and could not give gift receips, staff said a number of tills had problems.
Then to top it all as we rushed to an appointment for which we were now late we discovered we had been overcharged by £35.00. I did manage to resolve this over the phone. Staff were very pleasant but some things appeared beyond their control.

I was a bit annoyed as when I got to the till they wouldnt let me have the extra 20% off 6 bottles of cava - although there were no signs up saying it was excluded - do you think its worth an email querying it?

I got dine in for £9 today so i got 10% off lol it was a mistake by the SA lol and someone had left a £5 boots voucher at the till i asked if anyone had dropped it and the SA said it has been there since yesterday as no one came back for it i could have it :j

I'd be interested to know why as this is what I'm going for later! To stock up for xmas. I'll let you know if I have any problems.

Please do carolineb23- I got the 2 for £10 and the 10% off 6 bottles but not the further 20% and was just told that cava wasnt included but wine was.

Seems daft when you are still getting the 20% off the 3 for 2 offers in store - and thats 20% off the full price of the 3 items before the 3rd one is discounted.

Think I will email them - have had £25 off them since the last online sale and my order was categorically screwed up!:T

Hi,

i'm pretty sure the offer stated that Food and Electricals were excluded. Presumably wine counts as food...:rotfl:

No wine was definitely included - apparently not cava although there were no signs stating this - neither is there online on the home page detailing it all.

Have emailed so we will see!
