I would buy the suit today and get the 20% off (instore or online) and return your suit to the store once you have found your receipt. Without a receipt they will only refund in credit vouchers.

I think you would need to return the suit and then re-buy it to get the 20% discount- returning it today without a receipt will be a problem though, as you can't prove you haven't just bought it today with the 20% off :(

Definitely worth having another look for your receipt as this would make things much easier for you.

Otherwise, do you have a bank statement/ credit card bill showing the total amount for the transaction- may be worth taking that with you as it would be some kind of proof of the price you have paid.

Maybe worth giving your local store a call, but I suspect the staff may be too busy to pick up the phone

Good luck finding the receipt as I think this is your best bet!

Just got back, the store is a zoo. I found a few cute things, but unfortunately a few of the things I'd wanted weren't in my size. I had them in my basket online but had wanted to try them on first so decided to buy them in store (which didn't have my size), and of course they were sold out online by the time I came home. So it was a good shop, but rather disappointing too because the shirts I was iffy about turned out to be a lot nicer than I'd thought from the pics, and I should've just got them online.

The moral is: if you're going out today or ordering online, go ahead and buy everything you think you may want and just return it later if you don't like it when it arrives.

Is the 2 dine in for £10 in the 20% offer? does anyone know?
  • Had a couple of hours in my store this morning, whilst waiting for my car to be fixed. If you're wanting wine you get the 20% off, then an additional 10% off for buying 6 or more bottles (in the past the dine in for £10 bottles have counted towards the 6 bottles)

Is the 20% only taken off the wine in the 2 dine in for £10 offer, or is the offer down to £8?
  • Unfortunately dine in for £10 is still dine in for £10 - the wine's just cheaper before the deal is rounded down! Still managed to get a lovely chicken for Sunday which should have been £7.80!!!

Fantastic - thanks for this. Was looking at stuff for pressies anyway and bought online. Needed vests for little one too - she's growing too fast. Subtotal was £38, then took off 3 for 2 and 10% off kids clothes and free delivery over £30 with codes. Whole order £18.20. If I'd bought it yesterday in the shop it would have cost £26, so am well chuffed I was too ill to go shopping as planned!

also if you look in the wine booklet - on the shelf in store- there is a voucher for £5 when you buy 12 bottles or more.
