abusybee, thank you, I think I may, I just need to be a bit more creative and stop worrying.
    Huge Congratulations, what fantastic news.

marg thank you for the link, that will be very useful. I'm doing that bit tomorrow as I had two more things to make today.

melissa75 thank you that's sweet of you to say that. Huge congratulations to you too.

Well, I can be 100% positive that you'll not be hearing any announcement from me LOL

abusybee....Huge congratulations and I hope all goes well
I heard today Im going to be a great auntie if that counts as the third...lol
And a Nan in April for the first time:D

Jamtart ...Im not saying mine are top notch but your more thn welcome to take a peak http://s333.photobucket.com/albums/m373/SaveaPenny/Wedding%20Stationary/
Ive done more since and in the next couple of day I will be uploading the complete album that will be going in a friends shop
I absulatly love this one http://www.funvitationinvites.com/Wedding%20Monogram%20Swirl.html but I have had serious trouble reproducing it cheaply enough to sell as you need sheets of A3 + wax seal but I do think its lovely. My attempt at it cost me around £1.50 to make and it could have done with being done in better quality card
Google handmade wedding stationary there is loads there for inspiration

Forgot to say I did attempt it in A4 and I still have the template if you like it i can dig it tomorrow night when Im next on?

cuttlebug finaly came today its belated christmas present and I got loads of embossing folders...I love it already
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

    hello all!
I have been making cards for years and also sell them, so everyone is expecting my wedding invites to be top notch. Yet I haven't seen a design I love or think looks 'exquisite' and not really sure where I should be looking online for inspiration as I usually just make up my own ideas...

    Any ideas?

Do you have any ideas of what you'd like - shape, style, colour?

Do you use the PC to make cards? Look at different fonts and colours - it's surprising how different cards can look with a different font or by changing the font colour.

What about something simple but different like a rolled up scroll?

If I were to make my own now I would go for gorgeous cardstock and simply decorated.

I quite like this idea for a cheque book style invite... http://www.weddingcrafter.co.uk/project18.html

Some different styles here... http://www.pureinvitation.co.uk/design-your-own/ and here... http://www.kookykards.com/wedding_card_ideas.htm

    HTH, good luck :D

Hi ladies, Sian and mary said I should have another go at making a card. My first a few years ago went in the bin. It took me longer to decide what to put on the front than it did to cut the hole and make the love bit. I'm trying to make this for my husband

I really need some help and advice please. I didn't realise when I started it that I'd end up with cellotape and cotton on the inside (well I kind of did but didn't know it would look so awful) and I don't know how to get round that. Also I want to put some words inside is there some sort of website with words I can print out for free. Any advice would be great. Thank you.

Wow that looks amazing, where did you get your lips paper from? I would love to be able to make something like that but it looks too complicated for me to get to grips with!

    Big congratulations to Abusybee :j:j

As for number 3 wasn't Krystaltips number 1? she is due in May if I remember rightly making the 3 up from herself, Melissa and Abusybee? or am I wrong?
