Julie H - I love the wedding invites they look really classy :D

I also get bored making the same design several times so it can't be easy !!

One of my sons got engaged on Christmas day so I hope they don't ask me to make their invites  :rotfl:

    Love your card Soblivion.

I am waiting on a cd of Art Deco images for card making to arrive [from ebay] I really love the Art Deco style and can't wait to get started. Hope it comes today :D

Does anyone else use cd's of images? I have a few now :D

Awww Fluffy...if you had said I would have made you a CD and sent it to you
I have tons of Art Deco stuff
PM me email and I will send you some files

I use loads of CD's and net free stuff...I can spen enough money on tools and basics without the expense of paper, images and decoupage

I want some free template for the new word mini albums..I have found a couple but not the LOVE one anyone got any ideas?

    Great cards everyone.

Just caught up on 8 pages of this thread - haven't been on for 10 days as I have been away on business, but will start a male card tomorrow, and post up a photo when it is done.

Lots of mentions of free download papers, and I have a really silly question having never used any of these before. Do I just download the papers to my computer and then print one straight onto a piece of card? Rusty I loved you Dad card and the colours - where did you download that one from?

Congrats on your good news abusybee - wishing you a very safe and happy pregnacy.

    Thanks
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

    Hi Saveapenny,

Thankyou for the kind offer, and sorry for the delay I have just got back from work! ... Bunbun has kindly scanned in her lips paper for me.

    Thankyou very much!

Saveapenny - no need to apologise I'm still very new to all this.

Do you actually cover and trim the plastic letter pieces with paper, flowers etc or do you cut them out of card using the plastic as a reusable template & then trim the card?
Sorry to seem dense but if you only need the plastic to cut round could you not make your own template by printing the letters the right size & stick the paper onto some stiff card and use that as your template?
I've got quite a lot of fonts on my PC & will have a play scaling them up to the size you want if that would help......but if I've got the wrong end of the stick I apologise for wasting your time:o -M
