Thanks Mary - I did get in a mess trying to get it right and had about 10 attempts before I was happy with it. Funnily enough the trousers took me about a minute to do, but the shirt 3 hours!

I enjoyed doing it, but am not sure thatI have patience to do them very often.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000
  • Wow what a talented lot your cards are just fantastic, I have just started making some ,i got card blanks and envelopes from ebay, but i am just using bits from old cards an scraps i have in my sewing box i notice some of you use punch out and special cutters what would be the best type to buy for a beginner maybe ones that could be used lots of times , Thanks in advance for any advice

minimacka - love your cards. Can I ask how the lettering is done on the punk band one?

I downloaded the images from charmed cards and crafts and imported them into word and just made the image. The Happy birthday is from a rubon that I had.

loveley card Jailhousebabe - thats a posh background you've used to take the photo. I just photo mine on the windowsill LoL :rotfl:

CT19720 - the shirt and trousers look great! you must have a lot of patience getting the folds in just the right places, love the paper you've used on the shirt, makes it look like real material :)

I've been busy today making an A5 card (have only done A6 and small square cards previously) as a request, lots of people need to sign it so it needed to be bigger, just hope it's big enough! was the largest I could do with what card I already had, they will just have to write smaller if space becomes limited ;)
