Minimacka - I tried making one of the mini books from the link you posted the other day, but I tried the circle one. I got really confused though and couldn't figure out how to stick it all together. Your cards are all so beautiful. Did you see my post the other day about the shop that was having the sale, I think it was 30% off, and free postage over 20 quid? She doesn't stock a lot, but I bought the once upon a time 12x12 album, the matching ribbon, stickers and chipboard all for under 20 quid. I added 2 tubs of flowers to my basket to qualify for the free delivery. I'll find the link for you if you're interested. That range is so gorgeous isn't it, I ordered the 12x12 paper stack a while ago but I had it sent to my Mum's address so I haven't got them yet as she hasn't been up to visit.0

Melissa if you want me to send you some details on how to assemble the book i will. I made ZLS1984 one and sent it to her, hopefully it wasnt too confusing for her. It was though your post the other day that made me buy some of the papers, I spend £30 without the discount and was so pleased with what I got, the papers are lush but she didnt have all of them in the collection so i bought the 12 x 12 stack from another supplier.0 -

Hello Polly
I've done my card @ last though I don't really think it's up to your standards & as for my photography skills........ Well! What do you find is the best way to do them? Stood up or lying down?(the cards not you)?:rotfl: it's very kind of you to provide prizes but I'm sure we'd all enter just for the fun of it.
Rainmac - A bit late in the day - I'm sorry to hear about your Mum - such a lot to cope with for you. I hope all goes well with the next op.
Minimacka - All those lovely cards in one afternoon! It took me all day to do one & I'm not so happy with that!
Furrypig - I've just got a cuttlebug & I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon! The dies slip a bit - I really wanted to be able to cut holes in cards where I wanted them, not managed it yet, but I embossed the yellow 'shelf' on my card & that was easy. I've not tried any of the other things - I tend to do my cards on the PC but with all the good stuff I'm seeing on here I'm getting hooked!
Sorry about the size of pics - they were supposed to come out small - still learning!0 -
Wow that card is beautiful!!! The colours just look so lovely! Well doneRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0

I have a question about glue?
What glue do you all use to glue the different pieces onto your cards?? the glue ive got is making it go all wrinkly when its dry and makes it look even worse than it is.
Also glue for embellishments??Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together0 -
This might be useful for you all http://www.thetoymaker.com/2Toys.html. It has lots of things to make out of paper and cardstock.
Hope it helps!KNIT YOUR SQUARE TOTALS:
