You're cards are fab, you've made loads. You put me to shame as I haven't made any over the Easter holidays :o

Good luck with the appointments. I know what you mean, my mum has been waiting to start radiotheraphy for weeks and has has 2 pre-treatment appintments and another next week and then hopefully the blooming radiotherapy will finally start. She needs the treatment to be over so can start living normally again rather than everything being in limbo because of not knowing when an appointment card may drop on the door mat

  • Here is my latest make for a birthday order.
I love making these keepsake cards, just have to finish the box off now but need some acetate for the window in the front of the box.

hi all can I join in? I have been making cards for a while although now of them are up to your standards. Can anyone help me find a baby announcement stamp? I am expecting no2 in may and want to make my own baby announcements cards ready for when he arrives. I have search everywhere but cant find anything that is suitable. I basically want something that has what he is called, weight, height, date he arrived and who his parents are.. thanks in advance
  • Is this what you mean?

This is a stamp by Woodware http://www.dreamcraftstore.co.uk/acatalog/WOODWAREE_STAMPS.html.

Its £11.99 but you may be able to get one cheaper on Ebay.

Marg ..I print the flowers on 160gsm card is too stuff to cut and doesnt look right while paper is to thin and the flowers dont sit right

Kim love your pram card its very pretty..I might get round to using that pram shape on a bookatrix card its so nice..I have heard the shape cutter is more fiddly but I can only go on what I have read thats why I went fo rth ecircle cutter which now I wouldnt be without

I too know what you mean about hospital appointments. My MIL as been waiting for a hip replacment now since last June ...3 pre assesments later she now as a date for the 28th April 2 days before I have to go in...should be fun for hubby because shes in the local hospital which is about 10 minutes away and I have to go into the QE in Birmingham which is about a 30-40 minute drive away.

Rainmac..I hope your mom gets sorted soon ther is nothing worse than the wait and putting your life on hold

Mumhug I certainly wouldnt call them basic cards they are lovely ..good luck with your hospital appointments

Princesspoppypop...I love your bookatrix card I would never thing to use patterned paper on the top layer but its so affective..I might just have to steal your idea :) if your ok with that

Welcome Loopylass...lookforward to seeing all your card
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel
