Sounds like a good idea saveapenny, if anyone has any ideas let us know, otherwise I'll get my thinking cap on.

How about a stitched card, or little girls card using decoupage?
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

my idea for a challenge is credit crunch card inspired by previous chat on here
so the card would be one made with whatever you like but with the idea of having used something cheap (ie reduced cardstock/embellishment etc) or using a printed image that cost v little or using something recycled etc etc.

Would be fun to try and cost the price of the card!! (Maybe a bit scarey as sometimes these things all add up!)

Alternatively why not choose something dead simple like 'glitter' them everyone can do what they like!! Or 'chipboard' or 'easter' or 'spring'!

See I'm full of ideas but I bet someone else will have a really fab idea up their creative sleeve!!

Sorry, I have no bright ideas for the challenge I am too busy fretting 'cos I can't link to the craftwork cards site I was going to order some scalloped ones - looks like I may be too late!
Furrypig - Costing a card is Ok as long as I don't have count my time, @ minimum wage they must stand me a fortune I'm so slow. Good job I enjoy it!
Flourgirl - Thanks for the tip. My OH got a card finished like that at Christmas & I went to find it to see if it was one of yours - sorry it wasn't.

I agree marg I seem to spend loadsa time getting the ideas then planning then actually making it!! Often they don't quite go to plan so I spend even longer!!

Today's card was really quick so maybe I'm better off sticking to simple ideas!!

Marg it was a tip I picked up from someone on the Alan & Barry Create and craft show a few years ago, and I have done them like that since. I would have been shocked if you had said my name was on the back of that card as I now only sell them in the village. A couple of years ago I used to bake and sell my cards with country markets (WI Markets)

My goodies from craftworks cards came this morning, including some scalloped edged cards. My DH has gone out for the day so I'm off to do the ironing now then open my goodies and have a play:D
