Crazychatter I love all your cards but the piggy one is so cute, right down to the curly ribbon tail. :T :T The dress you have made is beautiful, just like something from a Jane Austen film :j :j .
Saint_chris Wow!! great cards, you must have been a busy bee. I love the daisy and dandelion ones, my fave is the one with the frame of punched flowers. Really pretty, well done :T :T
Rusty your mothers day cards are really lovely. The bouquets are gorgeous, you are so clever.:T :T0 -
Saveapenny. I have sent you an email. Thankyou once again for your kindness.:A
Glad everything went ok for your hubby and his kidney stones. My sons consultant told him once you get them it's likely you will have them again. Not something he is looking forward to, very painful.
I,ve been into our Home Bargains this morning and picked up a pack of Holographic card 8xgold 8x silver A4 for 69p and a pack of 6xA4 sheets of glitter card in assorted colours for 69p plus a pack of 15 A4 sheets of 220gsm Glossy Photo paper for decoupage prints.:j
Anyone doing hampers, in Morrisons they have lovely cupcake trays coasters and various other bits, really pretty I just couldn't resist. Might even keep them for myself:D0 -
Hiya Ladie's I have a Helix Craft room and i love it i won 1 last year and loved it then but sold it cos i wanted a cuttlebug lol lol anyway a friend gave me her Helix that she won lol lol and i love it the Paper trimmer is a good one and i like the embossing plate that come's with it. If you get it free with mag i think its worth getting.
I also use the Sakura Quikie Glue pen and love it i had another version and it was rubbish so i prefer sakura. xxxx
Thankyou PoppilyI knew you would have one

Well I don't know what happened there I missed out a whole page:o
Then typed a long post and it dissappeared
Sorry CT Your cards are fab, I love the cowboy one, what a clever idea:T :T
I have the Crafters Companion Ultimate Pro, and to be honest if I had seen it before my DH bought it for me I don't think I would have bothered (but don't tell him that) I am quite dissapointed with it and only really use it for making boxes for my decoupage cards. I find it very cumbersome and the ruler cutter thingy in the middle is very flimsy. I would suggest you have a good look at one before you buy, as they are expensive.0 -
well done CT - your barn dance card is fab and i'm sure your uncle will love it! :T
my fave of those is the redish one in the middle, the different shades look great together
with all this talk of glue pens I think I'm just going to have to add it to my shopping list for the NEC on sunday!
Can't wait to hear what the others who have been today have bought!!0 -
CT great cards - i really like the barn dancing one
Thank you CT, Marg and flourgirl for your replies about the papermill shop, its cream/ off white that I want so I'll probably take a chance and just go(thinks ... what else I can buy while I'm there
:rotfl: )

Sorry is that my fault? Shall I show you pretty pictures of it? to tease you some more??
Nah seriously though I paid £2.25 for mine from a local craft shop. There are some on ebay. Not sure about anywhere else though. Someone else like popply might be able to helpI used mine earlier on a door hanger and they stuck really well, think it just must have been me earlier on as I decided they weren't that good when I tried to top something else with it. but it did work
