Sorry Orchid have just checked the free p&p code and its 1JH3 not IJH3.
  • minimacka - thanks for the link I've downloaded the decoupage - the image is so cute.

    saveapenny - really pretty beads!

Kitekat - thanks for the code, I get a catalogue delivered from there, but I don't bother ordering because of the postage, I'll take a look now and see if there's anything that I fancy.
  • Just to let you all know - there's a craft day on QVC today.
  • I was very good last night and make four more cards for my aunt's box. I tried to do a challenge card but inspiration seemed to desert me! I'll have another go tonight with a bigger card.

I brought lots of vellum sheets in a sale a while back but not sure what to do with them, does anyone use them in thier cards?

  • Crazychatter - you are a good girl - 4 cards!! Much better than me. I use vellum sometimes on my cards either for matting and layering or just as an accent. Its looks good if you tear a piece off and fix that to your card. The only problem with it is that because its see-through sometimes you can see the adhesive that you've used to stick it down. I use glue dots or brads, or I'll put an embellishment like a flower on the top of it and then glue the vellum in place under the embellishment so that nothing shows through.
  • saveapenny - hope you're feeling a bit better now and getting a chance to take things easy.

minimacka and flourgirl - in case you don't know, the new 'do crafts' mag is out with some of the daisy and dandelion stickers as a freebie

Can I just ask another couple of questions ?
When you all download stuff to print off, what sort of printer do you use, and what type of paper to print it off to ?. I presume ordinary paper isn't thick enough ??
    Thanks
