if i empty basket and try again i just get an error code

try to just re-enter code without clearing basket this worked for me when i got the error code first time x hth

Just use a different email address. It does work then!

still workin just tried.
when error coode comes on, go to home page leaving items in basket, then go back 2 basket and code should work then

I have been charged the full amount and credited the £30 as expected, but they have then ALSO charged me for each individual item again!

Finally got code to work, if they don't come in time for xmas I can put them away for next year. Got 9 presents, should have been about £90 for just under £27 inc delivery!

well done! If you keeo sigining in to track it you may notice that they update all the time. One of mine was due 8th december - now due 28th november - Result!!
