Just placed my order about an hour ago.

Codes still working. A bit of a pain trying to get it to accept it though. I just added it about 5 times and then removed the 5, 1 by 1 until the message said accepted.

£61 of xmas presents for £11 + £3.95 p&p.

I am not happy!

I received my order on Tuesday but despite seeing the discount of the £30 for the new customer code on my email confirmation, checked my account and they had charged me the full amount.

I have been emailing to and fro all week with them and just received an email now saying that the £30 new customer discount cannot be used in conjunction with the 3 for 2 offer so they will not refund me, however they will credit me £30 on my account for the next purchase!

I have just emailed them back to see this is not acceptable as I know many others who have had the £30 refunded so we'll see what they come back with.

Any suggestions?

Hi sorry to read of your problems,I had no probs with mine..full money taken then discount refunded and the same with friends and family.

Only thing I can suggest is you return all items ( this can be done online and they collect next day usually) although it will be a few days before money is back in your account. Place another order for same items if 'someone in your family' can register as a new customer and use discount code.

I checked various sites where code has been mentioned and from what I can see no one has been told it can't be used on 3 for 2

I just got 9 pressies for £20!!! & i didnt sign up to have an account either!!! Paid on my debit card, cant beleive i just bought nearly every pressie i needed to buy!!! Thanks for this!! :beer:

EDIT- Just checked my bank account & they have taken the extra £30! However I called then & they said it was an error & are refunding it back!

Thanks to all who have posted. I have just managed to get 3 x Animal 'Ugg style' Boots for £32.** delivered! They are £38 a pair on Empire so well chuffed!
Does anyone know if you can open an account in both Husband & wife's name & get the discount twice?
