I cannot see anything in the T&C's that indicates that it will not, however curious as I guess it's 2 vouchers at once and most shops don't like that.

Would be great if it does work, as it;s effectively a £60 for 20quid :P

Hello Cod - this really IS a fiasco - I checked whether i could use that code on my order and i was told a big resounding YES - they didnt say ANYTHING about the 342 malarky. i asked htem to put a note on my record stating this. whether they did or not, i dont know.

you should complain because i was told that i was definitely allowed to use that code with my order.

I orderd an item to the value of £67 inc delivery. Discounted to £3 with the code.
Checked the account a day or so later and it showed at full price. So I called them and they stated that once the item was delivered to call back with the code.
Item was delivered the next day and I checked my account online again and it stated that the £30 had been refunded, so only £37 charged.

I have returned home from work today to a card posted through my letter box saying that a parcel was left "over the gate" but there is nothing there!! I did the 6 4 1 thing using the code , bought 6 x £10ish items, Have had my account debited with £43 but no goods received and no mention of the £30 refund either!

If you email them they'll look into where your parcels are, and refund you.

I've got the card back from my recycling box and it says 3 parcels were left - so there's no chance of them being still in the car or delivered to the wrong person - the courier wrote that she left 3 parcels behind my bin. It doesn't make sense that 2 would go missing though

Order Accepted Delivery Due 08/12 but does NOT say delivered next to it like the others do (and it's not here yet)

Go into Help (alongside account,track order,etc) then deliveries,click on any in list, then you should se this
