I can't find a code for £15 off £25 - is it for new customers?
Well apparently 5 of my 6 items were delivered on monday but there was only a cardboard box behind my bin, and it only contains one item - I've emailed them to find out where the other 4 are. What happens if somebody's taken the rest of my order?
The one item that came is rubbish and needs sending back, but it's my free item - gutted :rotfl:52% tight0 -
they havent applied the discount for me and are now saying they wont, im sending it all back but luckily i got the credit account so its only a minor headache !

I wish I had never read this forum as I got carried away not armed with the full picture and now can't cancel my order and realise I would be charged the 1st time £30 discount at a later date as it does not apply to the 342 offer and I got it from this site. What a headache.
well if youd read the forum like u say u have,u would of seen several posts stating about the £30 refund!!0 -

They emailed me back to say they'll refund my account and they'll look into it. It's odd that one box was there, but everything else wasn't - perhaps the courier still has some parcels.
I got my 6th item today, a remote control bladestar which sense the ceiling etc. so it doesn't crash - it was reduced to £20 so it's great on a 3 for 2 :T52% tight0 -
Wanting to purchase an item using the code.
But looking at the T&C's it states that if you use a code you wern't sent they will charge you full lamount plus additional.
How are you all explaining where you got the code when you rang up.
2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:-
(i) you are entitled to use the code;
(ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
(iii) you agree to the terms set out below.
If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis e.g. by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used. If you transacted on a credit basis, the value of the benefit obtained may be charged to your credit account.0 -
codes for first customers are always available - they're advertised in magazines, leaflets in the junk mail you get when you order off other people etc.
We shouldn't have to explain where we got the code from (unless you're an existing customer I suppose) - everybody gets a first order discount like that, the catalogues have done it for decades.
What's dodgy about this glitch is most people are using the code alongside a 3 for 2, so we are taking 30 off an order that only costs 40, not 60.
My order was for 62 and I'm paying 32, if it all arrives.52% tight0 -
Well, they have refunded the items I didn't get, leaving my account now in credit by £6.50 :rotfl: I am sending the free item back and just keeping one item at £20. Instead of replacements they say I should order again, meaning that I pay another lot of postage! I lost out on the free item, because it's rubbish (says age 4+ which explains it I suppose - they shouldn't say age 3 on their website!)
I don't think I'll use this company again :rolleyes:52% tight0 -
I did ring the help line and was told that the voucher was not valid against the 342 offer so was told 10 minutes after placing my order that it couldn't be cancelled and therefore I would have to refuse delivery instead.
Items arrived today a day early (they're obviously not busy - can't say I'm surprised as the Homer Simpson pyjamas I ordered for £20, a similar pair in Aldi were £5). They were turned away so it will be interesting to see when I get my money back as I've heard it can take ages.
I've learned my lesson that there is no such thing as a free lunch and no doubt I will be plagued with junk mail and catalogues from this company until the day I move.0
