Hello, checking back and happy to see some more have had luck. Thank you also for the lovely congrats, it still hasn't sunk in.

my OH received 2nd email earlier this afternoon (worded differently to the one i got yesterday) & i've just done his claim.

there is also a new page within the process called Application, sort of words it like agree to T&C for the claim now & we'll contact you if we need to to confirm who you are (but you're already logged into your a/c by that time anyway?). i get the impression this is the process opened up for all that are left, possibly? (don't jump on me!).

At long last the 2nd email was here waiting for me when I came in just now. It was sent at 16:17.

Claim done everything printed, just waiting for the money to come back to me now.
