When I tried yesterday at 9.30 am it didn't let me initiate. At 2pm it then did! Perhaps a try after lunch?

Last night at 12:03 I checked again and although the date on the top was 26th Nov the one on the bottom of the statement still showed 25th.
This morning 09:06 checked again and it's still at the 25th though it won't initiate, I don't know if this indicates anything or not!

Give it a try after lunch (1-2pm) assuming you haven't received the email by then of course

I'm almost certain the change in date is indicative of a pending email

I tried initiate yesterday morning with no luck, and then just after midday it worked !!! received the 2nd e-mail afterwards..so just keep trying... the date was 24th by the way...all the best to everyone hope it happens for you today !! :j

Morning all. I can confirm that my cleared balance has stayed with yesterday's date.

That is great news and I am now ever so hopefull :j . Let's just hope that this does not lead to the biggest disappointment yet :eek: .

Mine still says 25th!!!!!!!
I am really hopeful today. If so many were allowed access yesterday, it would be feasible that a good fair view will be allowed today.

Good luck all for today. No joy at 9.52, but I expect a flurry around lunch time.
