Done the deed. Just hope the ball fully crosses the line in 3/5 days time. Very mixed emotions. A bit likely having an affair (so I've been told
) excited and guilty all at the same time
. I just hope this is the sign of a big push by them to get things sorted. I suppose technically I no longer fit the criteria for this thread, but like Rachael, I'd like to hang on until the very end, until everyone's have got their dosh!
I'm staying with you too - we won't skip off into the sunset with our pots of money and leave you standing all alone - pennyless.
Do hope this is the start of a big push to get you all paid soon0 -
I hope we all get laid soon.0

Dear Friend,
My name is Dr Nana kofi I am the Head of Foreign Operations International Commercial Bank Ltd ACCRA-Ghana, since I came back from UK after the burial of my late father. I am writing to solicit your assistance in the noble transfer of US$5.5 million this fund is the excess gain of what my branch in which I am the manager made as profit during last year.
I have already submitted an approved end of last year report for the year 2007 and also preparing to the report of last quarter of this year 2008 to the Head Office here in Accra and they will never have knowledge of this Excess gain. I have since then, placed this amount of US$5.5 million on a SUSPENSE ACCOUNT without a beneficiary.
As an employee of the bank, I cannot be directly connected to this money thus I am impelled to request for your assistance to receive this money into your bank account. As it must be bank to bank transfer and will be made to your chosen bank account. I intend to part 35% of this fund to you while 65% shall be for me. I do need to stress that there is practically no risk involved in this transaction.
It is going to be a bank-to-bank transfer and the transfer will last just for two banking weeks. All I need from you is to stand as the original depositor of this fund. If you accept this offer, I will appreciate your timely response.
With Regards,
Dr Nana Kofi.
Head of Foreign Operations
International commercial Bank Ltd. (ICB)

What a great opportunity, I would go for it before someone else does! :rotfl:0 -
Had a grotty day yesterday. I went to our office 3 hours up north which we are closing to save costs, coming back the A1 was closed in two places, my sat nav broke and to top it all, no second e-mail.
Happier today though as it arrived in my in box 9:16 and I have initiated the claim. Only a few more days and I can do the final happy dance:j
I will still lurk around here for a bit and I really hope everyone gets thier second e-mail really quickly. A special shout to nilrems for setting this thread up, it helped me no end, particularly knowing others were having the same paranioa I was as well as giving me the odd smile.0 -
Has anyone seen nilrem this morning? He may have mail.
He spent hours in his workshop yesterday "knocking bits of wood together".
I've a feeling he's making a longship so we can get over there and do abit of pillaging ourselves. That'll teach 'em. They don't like it up 'em!In memory of Chris Hyde #8670
