I have gone on strike and I've decided not to do any housework today. I did a total clean yesterday, emptied my laundry basket and sat and folded it all LATE last night (don't do ironing). Today I am back to square one. GRRRRRRRR kids!LBM:FEB 2008

Now I feel Lousy! Just opened the post

I'm on a DMP with CCCS. I wrote to Black Horse asking for an up to date statement (never received one since taking out the loan) and details of charges. I got a letter with a balance and no other information. But I now owe more than when I started!:eek:LBM:FEB 2008

I would be asking for a detailed statement so you can see all the movements on your account...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

That is what I did, because I finally cottoned on to the fact that they were charging me late payment fees and all sorts, so I asked for a statement. All I got was a balance.I would be asking for a detailed statement so you can see all the movements on your account...
Don't they have to send me an annual statement? Does anyone know where I can go to get further info on that?LBM:FEB 2008

I would phone them. You must be entitled to see what, in the end, you are spending YOUR MONEY on. I don't know the rules and regs but would kick up stink anyway:p

Morning all
Rugybymum - did you take out PPI cos they add that to the cost of the loan and then charge you interest on it so could account for why you owe more than when you started. But I agree with Luc that you should ask them for a detailed statement.
Work's crap today - I've got soooooo much to do and only today and tomorrow to do it. But I'm taking it one job at a time and hopefully I'll hit a point where I can see what I've got left to do.
Bunny - so jealous of the duvet day. I was so tired this morning that when the alarm went off I thought it was for Wayne at 4.30am so even though I rolled over and turned it off I just shouted "Wayne, your alarm's just gone off" then went back to sleep. Thankfully he phones me every morning so 15 minutes later he's phoning me up and it was awful to realise I *HAD* to get out of bed and go to work. Can't wait for Saturday so I can sleep in, but Sunday's going to be horrid cos I've to get up really early and drag my suitcase so I can go on the fossil trip to Eastbourne from Sunday to Thursday!
