Luc - oh i see what you mean... well that makes more sense!
Jane - glad your dad is calm and willing to sit down and sort things out with your mum... fingers crossed it goes okay, now it's out in the open it will all sort itself out fine.
On another note - Did you book your hotel/race place yet?
bunny - bacon sarnie, oooooh i want one now! but will resist, have yet to go have my cereal. you lot are such a distraction!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I still haven't had brekkie, been dealing with sick DD and THE GARAGE:mad: .
Why is it you take the car for a little problem (dodgy exhaust) and they find a bigger, more expensive problem (cracked manifold)? Don't get me wrong, I'm cross with the car NOT the garage, they look after me ( I used to be "their" banker!). Renault translates to "sell this cr*p to the English":rotfl: .LBM:FEB 2008

We had a renault 5 when we were little. Mum & Dad were skint so when the back windows fell out they got taped back in and were held in place with bungee cords (the back seat was a draughty place...:p )
The last straw came when one day at the supermarket Dad opened the boot and it came off in his hands leaving him holding that while balancing a box of shopping against the bumper with his knees:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Even funnier was that they'd seen the same thing happen to anorther R5 owner as they went into the supermarket and had left themselves silly about it!:rotfl:26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

SIL used to have Renault back home in Canada-now that is even worse I can tell you because they are hardly known over there-we used to larf ourselves silly watching her try and start the stupid thing in the winter-she would get out and beat the crap out of the car! (she's a cow anyway so it amused us even more)
It was a piece of !!!!!!£.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I love my little Clio, apart from the springs which go on all small cars (bloody road bumps ) she's never had a problem, so I like Renault
