Hubbles is on the train or I'd be sorely tempted;)
So where's the question? (I would maybe add some onions and a wee knob of butter for flavour rather than bacon. No fancy herbs necessary;) )

y'know me, i generally don't like making major decisions without running it past you guys, (think running club, swimming lessons, fried potatoes!)I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Nah. Tbh, my 'weight reduction' is going to be based on me eating what I want, until I feel full and enjoying each mouthful.
I am asking myself before I eat 'am I really hungry?' and listening to what my body says it wants-and trust me, it WANTED cauli/cheese. I have been listening again to my Paul McKenna cd's and I am not thinking of foods as good/bad-everything is ok as long as I eat only what will satisfy me. I have halved my portions by half easily...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
And the hits just keep on coming......Garage on the phone. MOT due today, need new tyres, brake pads etc etc I have money for exhaust and nothing else. Am crying and craving chocolate. Stuff the diet!LBM:FEB 2008

I think its the cheese sauce required to cover a whole cauli that's the problem, not the cauli itself;)26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
