Just to add what a brilliant guy Dan is.
I rung to inform him of the 5 items that were missing from my order yesterday as I had not got a response to my email. He was quite surprised that my email had gone unanswered and promised to call me back when he had checked my order. Less than 10 minutes later a cheerful Dan phoned to let me know that the rest of the items will be sent out to me. Apparently the second page to my order must of been misplaced which is what I figured.
Any who, my goodies have just arrived. How quick was that! I'd recommend the 5 litre orange juice, it's huge and will last a long time.
Thanks to Dan and his hard working team. :j
Now I'm going to return to my sick bed and to pop the bubble wrap that came with my order.0 -
My kids didnt like the orange cordial unfortunately. It would be nice to have some sugar free/diet options to the juices soon.0

This is a very useful asset to us MSE'rs. the problem is that ApprovedFood can only get in what's available to them at a good price to make it viable for them and us. We all want particular brands/items, but the truth is that if it ain't out there available at a good price they're not gonna get it in. Can you blame them? We have to compromise.0

Absolutely agree with this - to get the best bargains we have to be pretty flexible.
Just received my 3rd order, and very pleased with it. The new packaging is very solid, but there was just one tiny problem: I couldn't tell which way was up! The box was plain, with just the invoice tucked into a plastic envelope on the side. The delivery man left it on its side, so I had no choice but to go for a 50:50 guess - and unpacked everything upside down! Once it was open I couldn't turn it, so cans jars etc came tumbling out!
It's no big deal I know, but just wondered if there is an easy way to indicate which way is up?
Anyway, thanks again to the OP for sharing, and happy christmas to Dan and crew, hope you get a break :santa2:0 -

This is a really big thank you to every single one of you. I worked for months this year developing the web site but it was the users of MSE that made it a success. It's as simple as that!
Enjoy your break and i hope i can deliver to you "real value for money" all next year.
I'll switch the website on shortly for about 3 or 4 days before shutting for new year again.
Merry Christmas
Dan

Just wanted to say how impressed I am at the service Dan - I ordered before Christmas not expecting a delivery until the New Year and it arrived on Christmas Eve!! Brilliant timing
Its the second delivery we have had and the quality of the food has been excellent. For us if we could have more gluten and dairy free products that would be fantastic
