  • I placed an order on 18th and just checked link on email to see how far it had got and it says the same as it did when I put my order in "not shipped yet" has anybody else who ordered on 18th heard anything yet?
Panic over, recieved email to say its on its way. No pickle or tea bags but a more than generous rebate.

I am really tempted to try this site - even though I have a B&M within walking distance, this seems to offer different lines, & would save me carrying too much, or getting the car out. But I baulk at the minimum 7.95 delivery charge, even though I'm only in East Cheshire - so I hope these charges will be revised when the site is back up & running!

    Sorry FeeFeeDee

It's one to watch... When we clear this back log we shouldnt have the problem with items going out of stock so often.

    The tea bags weighed 3.6kg

    Cheers Dan

Dan, thanks for your speedy reply...and please accept my apologies...I had no idea tea bags could be so heavy:o but I guess it must've been a huuuuuuge bag so I hope to get them next time.
We keep hearing about your excellent customer service :Tso long may that continue and I'm sure with us MSE'rs you'll continue to thrive. Thanks again, Fiona.

As per Dan from Approvedfood on page 9 he has said the new £5.25 delivery chrage from next week will eliminate the higher ratecharge.

hi dan ,i for one wold benefit from the new postal charges although the old one didnt put me of buying lol.
i had an order last week and was really impressed ,i also have a new bigger order waiting to go when you get ready for the new influx of orders ,
i would be happy waiting a week for delivery so if you had an option at checkout for say 2 day delivery or 5 day delivery or 7 day delivery would that give you some breathing space with the orders

Just found this & have joined the mailing list. I am funny about OOD foods even though i know there is nothing wrong with them, something I need to get over on my own I know. FIL would love this site though. He had a tin of something from the back of his cupboard dated 1995. Theres no way it would even have been in my house lol but he said it tasted just fine.
With 4 children short dated things really won't be a problem, nothing lasts long in this house lol.
Can't wait to give it a go :)
    Hugs
