I placed an order on 18th and just checked link on email to see how far it had got and it says the same as it did when I put my order in "not shipped yet" has anybody else who ordered on 18th heard anything yet?

I ordered on the 18th and have just had an email to say my order has shipped so am assuming I will receive it on Monday. Given how snowed under they have been with orders, I have been really impressed with the communication. You could always drop them an email to check on your order if you're worried.

my secong order was done on the 18th and i spoke to the fantastic dan last night whilst he was doing it and recieved a shipped email at about 10pm last night.
he has said the site is closed as they are catching up on the huge,huge backlog to start again on monday so i guess your order will be shipped by monday at latest.

I can cope with an extra 50p on the S postcodes I suppose - but was pleased with the delivery company you used on the last sheffield delivery. I missed the first delivery, but called the mobile number left and he could give me a reasonable estimate of when he'd delvier the next day - which is way better then the bigger companies.
Your prices are similar to home bargains and BM at retail park, so I'm only really using you guys to deliver heavy stuff that I can't be bothered to carry - so be careful of not increasing local delivery too much. but if you can help people down south with out home bargains fair enough.
I hope you can keep up with the demand though!

Mine arrived yesterday, think I ordered on 17th. All as I'd ordered, and I'm very happy, especially with my 20 bars of galaxy chocolate .... should see me through til Xmas!

It's one to watch... When we clear this back log we shouldnt have the problem with items going out of stock so often.

The tea bags weighed 3.6kg
