For people querying refunds, you receive a Google email saying how much you are being refunded and for which items (see below). In my case the refund email was sent the day before the box was picked up by DHL.
Crags Cash and Carry has issued a refund for £1.99 to your MASTERCARD xxx-xxxx . Please note that the refund may not appear in your credit card account for several days.
Refund reason: Item out of stock

Yes, that usually is the case however, my refund email today showed no information about what was being refunded. It just had refund in the title, showed everything in my order with the original total at the moment, refund amount and final total. That's all - no list of items out of stock like i've received in the past. Ive now had a shipment data received email regarding this (the latest order) which I therefore hope to receive soon (whatever it contains) but still nothing regarding the first, im wondering if they have combined orders or something . . .

Your order has not been processed yet and due to the backlog I think it will only be processed within the next 4-5 days. As it's shipped you will get an email from DHL

I'm sorry it's taken so long to process, but after unbelievable press coverage last week in the papers, money saving expert.com, radio and TV there was a large jump in sales that we weren't prepared for. I've set and 20 staff, leased a new warehouse and we are working 24 / 7 in am attempt to correct problems like this happening again. We have been overwhelmed by the increase in orders and are trying to catch up now.

I'm trying my best to get your order to you as quick as possible but I fully understand if you would like to cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel please call me up on 01909 488151 and I'll sort it straight away.

My order was placed on 21/1 so it seems they are not being actioned in date order if someone who ordered on Tuesday has had a despatch email.

No, it doesnt seem like it. If my order from the 27th is coming before my order of the 22nd (I only placed the later order because I needed the soup otherwise I would have waited much longer). Oh well, there must be some kind of logic behind it all

god know whats going on??? You would expect orders to be delt with in order oldest first.

Hence i'm confused why people that have just ordered are receiving goods after less than a week and others have been waiting weeks.

Finally got my parcel today after Dhl delivered to the farm shop, instead of my house on the farm.(arrived on Thursday).
With all the things going on in my life, i forgot to check my pm's at the weekend and have just found a few pm's from dan asking me to ring him about my parcel.
