Whoops... didnt last long but just have an interesting thought I wanted to note.

have just been offered a mortgage on a shared ownership house - we are worthy of credit?? we have just lost an income and have 35k of debt and I they still think I can afford 800 on mortgage/rent?? How stupid do they think I am? No wonder people get into trouble.

Need a break from assignment. God its difficult to cram. Must make an effort to not let this happen again. As long as I can pass this one though.

So...I loook at my obsession - getting this debt down and our finances sorted. I am very very very sad!

Argh. Its too early and I have been up for nearly 2 hours. Gawd...

Have checked accounts and one DD came out 3 days early! d'oh luckily enough money in acc to cover it - oh these things are meant to try us! Why do they do that?? Grrr....

Other than that all ok. Plan for this week -

1)get up to date with all work and paperwork
2)sort dining room and get filing sorted
3)studying
4)list the 5 items on ebay
5)sell cds on magpie
6)get OH to rescue books from storage so can sell on amazon

Just checking in really as been busy doing stuff.

Got lots to do still from above list. Its awful how I never seem to get anywhere. Am up to date with work/paperwork tho.

Have a day to myself tomorrow as DS at nursery again (only 2 days to go) so will get moving tomorrow. (if I can sleep tonight.... ;o( )

Finding it tricky to find a balance between actually getting stuff done and enjoying life. Spose everyone feels like that??

Should find out how much I owe my employer so I can incorporate that into figs tomo/Tues. Still waiting on decision regarding DLA. Can't get any help with course finance so still have to pay for this. d'oh. or give it up. d'oh.

Extra stuff to do for this week

1) ring tax credits so they can adjust figs now im not doing so many hrs.
2) list the 5 items on ebay
3) list 5 books on amazon
4) sell the cds on magpie
5) once know fig from work - sort out budgets etc....

Life is a funny old thing...Today have received Nat ins bill and car is broke :eek:
Grrrr....oh well. Car is at garage today and they are having a look hopefully won't be tooooooo bad.

Still waiting on info from work so cant really sort out a plan yet. :mad: Am getting on well today. DS going to bed in a minute so will be finishing work/studying/getting ready to visit OH's nan later/cooking tea. DS is having his last day at nursery tomorrow so will be able to get all items listed and sold and hopefully sit down and work out a plan as well as doing some work . Once it is sorted I will feel better. Im glad I have now caught up on all my jobs!! :j

Will update tomorrow with some progress hopefully!!!! BH XX

Well another day going well so far (until I started lingering on MSE;) ) Have done all my work so moving onto other jobs.

Work still haven't let me know what I owe so can't do plan and have decided no point in looking at it until I can do it properly as it is just an excuse to not do anything else! even though it is worrying me :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Car cost 65 quid which isnt too bad. Said it wasn't serious something to do with steering...so OH just got them to fix it in case anything worse happens.

DLA have rung this morning asking me qstns. said would have decision letter in next 10 days...hopefully will be good news??? :rolleyes:

Plan for this arvo is to [strike]have lunch[/strike]/[strike]put washing on[/strike]/[STRIKE]have shower[/STRIKE]/[STRIKE]tidy upstairs quickly[/STRIKE]/[STRIKE]get work stuff ready for tonight[/STRIKE]/[strike]list cds[/strike]/[strike]list books[/strike]/take photos of ebay items and list items and when I have done all that if there is time [STRIKE]study[/STRIKE]!! XX

Ebay items can wait until tomorrow - im not very good at taking photos. Me thinks that my procrastination is a thing of the past - am so pleased my schedule is going well so far. So annoying as I keep stressing about it and they just cant be bothered. BUT when they eventually do get round to being bothered they will want the money back yesterday! GRRRR....

So can't do anything re finances today again. On the plus side have already sold one of my books. hmm. not a good day :mad: All 3 of OHs grandparents are in hospital now. Bloody awful. OH is struggling. Ive also been to hospital today and had carp news (am not getting worse just not getting better). Think I must have been very naughty in a previous life :rolleyes: DS is attacking me with his helicopter..lol. Think he is a little light :O) Just makes me realise that nothing in life is to be taken for granted.

Anyway....money...no letter from work yet :mad: :mad: But have figure now. Started to look at figs and plan but haven't got the energy tonight (OH is stressed - now he is offering me his lungs???? what a donut!:rotfl: ) Will have a look at tomo. No letter from DLA yet either.

Plan for tomo is to work/sort finances/hospital visiting/bloody enjoy my DS and OH!!!

still not going well. looks like OHs nan is going to pass over. kidney failure and now heart failure....:( As a result had a VERY sleepless night and feel like absolute poo poo today. Havent even got dressed yet!

and I picked up a cold/sore throat yesterday. great.

got DLA letter. what i expected - HRM and MRC. Burst into tears when I read it. DS gave me a hug though (although he has no idea as hes only 18 mths) think it is a bit scary that someone else thinks it too as me and OH are always talking about it but i guess seeing it in writing makes it a bit more real. Anyway means I can sort out the budget a bit more. The letter doesnt actually say when it will be paid though which is helpful! :rolleyes: From the dates I assume it is on a tuesday? I dunno. will take a look on disability forum!

DS is going to bed in a mo so will do a little bit of work and will look at finances. from quick glance - looks like things will be okay. grr...still no letter from work yet...grr
