Thank you!!!!
I have laughed so much during the course of this thread...I will need to go back through it and hit the thanks buttons lol.
Incidentally.....I opened my tin, and there wasn't a single Strawberry cream to be found...maybe the Yorkie's ate them???Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. I have sent them an email.... (sad, I know, but i want to see what happens!)
I am just wondering what is going on with your Quality Street Chocolates?
I specifically ask family at Christmas not to buy Roses/Celebrations or Min Heroes for me because I prefer Quality Street, and have done so for many years.
On opening my tin after Christmas, I was surprised to find 'Not for Girls' Yorkie chocolates - I have heard mentioned that Nestle are trialing them, but surely there shoud have been some sort of leaflet as explanation?
However - the thing that has ruined my enjoyment is the fact that the appearance of the Yorkie's is to the detriment of the Strawberry Dreams, (my favourite) of which I could not find a single one! And only 3 Orange Creams.
I think I might have to switch allegiance to Cadbury after all.

This thread is making me feel guilty as I have been blessed with a tin containing not only Yorkie Bars but an explanation leaflet, copious Strawberry and Orange soft ones (my favourites, sadly now eaten) and loads of malt toffee's. However, I feel that the measly 3 chocolate covered toffee sticks and 4 toffee pennies did somewhat spoil the moment for me. We tried to ring the number on the leaflet to give our opinion on Xmas Day but nobody was there!!!! Outrageous!!
I have a tin now full of Purple Ones and Green Triangles along with any other nutty ones in there - none of us eat them. Anyone want them? I need the tin for the Star Wars lego set that my son got for Xmas.
Incidentally, I wish the makers of Yorkie's would take that 'Not For Girls' slogan off the packaging as my 7 year old son takes it VERY seriously and it causes arguments.

LOL - they should have included some of the pink wrapped Yorkies that they released a while back!Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. Sorry to say we ate the Yorkies and were quite pleased we got a 'freebie'. However, on reading this thread I realise that they were at the expense of QS - especially the purple ones
The earlier poster who had some of these left, would you consider the coffee creams in exchange, or those horrible praline ones - oops, I think I've wandered into another tin !!!!

Hang on.... We had NO coffee creams nor were they mentioned on the leaflet! Where did you get them?? Have you got a rogue tin?
I have a tin full of purple ones, green triangles, nutty choc chunk and coconut eclair as I only eat them when I am desperate.0
