  • Something to bear in mind though - this has always been highly recommended as a free MP3 ripper/converter but the MP3 encoder portion is now only a 30 day trial, after that you have to pay :-(

Which is why its best to download the version with the free mp3 encoding from HERE

    :)

It also works with the free program MusicMatch Jukebox which I use to play and record ALL of my music .......... www.musicmatch.com
Thanks for that, not one I'd heard of before. I'll certainly download and try it 'cause I love anything that's free!!!!

    Sweet!!!!

Nice link Sir/Madam. Surprised they still host a previous version that doesn't require payment for the MP3 license, still we'll not complain eh? ;-)

If you want a to encode MP3's just use Windows Media Player 10, set it to rip as WMA files which this little Medion recognises, WMA is smaller and an higher quality alternative to MP3.
  • Being sold at £39.99 in camden store, spoke to the manager, he said they reduced them for 1 week to £24.99 and now they have gone back upto to £39.99.
  • I've just returned from Somerfield in Ryton (Tyne & Wear) and they've got plenty left and they're still scanning at 24.99. It's the version with the card slot too.
  • Still £24.99 at Somerfield Musselburgh, Scotland store. Had to get them at the Cigarette counter.

As i just bought 2 for me and my mate this morning. Was about 5 or 6 left too.

They are available at Somerfield Poplar (East London). When I went to the store yesterday, they were scanning at £39.99. So they told me to come back today, and they are now £24.99.
