I wish they were as efficient sending my 2nd email!

Things could have been much worse.
They could have sent us grease proof paper claim forms and insisted they were completed in Biro! :D

Received my IceSave email at 11:44 this morning but I've been out all day. Just completed the transfer process. All very straight forward
My surname begins with R but my email address begins with an H. Perhaps that's the way the emails are being distributed. More likely to be in account number order as I'm sure that's the key that the IceSave database would keep track of customers. My account number begins with 55A90

    Mine's 55A9 too but no secong e-mail :(

Tried everything, surrounded my laptop with four leaf clovers, horseshoes and rabbit feet. Even made the poor old budgie poop on me, still no luck, my inbox remains empty. 13th today, unlucky for some, I'm off to bed!

  • So where are all you lucky winners intending to put your ISA money? Is there consensus on which is the best new ISA to transfer into?

    Thanks.

Is the FSA paying the small sums first? Ive £32k in a mini ISA so has anyone with this amount or more got their 2nd email yet?

No - I have done the compensation thing for more than that. Did not have an ISA though; however still waiting for 2nd email on wife's account which has much more money in it.

If they were doing it by the account balance, then could be in ranges; ie upto £35k or £50 then £50k - £100k etc. Who knows, its probably completely random
