From latest postings , obvious 2nd e-mails are not sent out in any progressive
order. Some people report receiving their 2nd e-mail , and their accounts were opened
2008. I opened my account Dec 2006 ,nothing so far - maybe they dont like me.

My account was also opened in Dec 2006 and have just had the 2nd e mail and made the claim. Seem to be a few people reporting success at the moment.

Am I right in thinking that they are paying out to people with lesser amounts first?
We have 1 joint fixed and one joint instant account both with quite substantial sums and have not yet received the 2nd email,

Most of the 'winners' seem to have smaller amounts involved?

No, incorrect in my case, way over the safe level. Opened account when banks were deemed safe and had fixed rate accounts I could not close when things got wobbly.

There is hope then, we are in the same position, thought we would be last, may still be though!
