I bought mine Thursday and left it in a coolbox in the shed. Yesterday Morning (Saturday) it was still frozen solid  It spent yesterday evening in the kitchen unwrapped and thankfully it was defrosted by this morning.
It's now cooked, sliced and waiting to go into the fridge for tomorrowJust run, run and keep on running!0 -
