Nope don't have one of them close. And neither me nor my husband can stand pizzas. Urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh reason being I hate cheese with a passion.
Think I will stick with using Aldi, Morrisons and what ever special offers Sainsburys and Somerfield have.

Am joining this for the first time.
Will be doing a menu plan on Sun/Mon which Ive never done before but need to check out my freezer first.
Am gonna start off with a high amount abeit lower that what I normally spend as previously wasted a lot of food.
Will be easy this week as cupboards and freezer full.
Am aiming at £300 for 1/1/06 - 31/1/06 for two children 2 adults 1 dog & 1 cat.0 -
I shall take the plunge & join.
My month will start when I get back from my break on Jan 4th.
Will aim for £250. That must be loads as it is just 2 adults & 2 littlies (3 & 6). If I come under the £250 I shall be so chuffed!
I am going to menu plan & stock take!

I'm going to try this for the first time this month. I've done an inventory of all the food in our 2 freezers, and the tin cupboard, and we've got absolutely loads!! I've got 7 tins of kidney beans, loads of cup a soups and 9 bags of rice  Don't know why I've never done a list before.
Will be aiming for £40 this month which sounds VERY low, but we've got so much food in at the moment. This is for 2 adults and 2 cats.
This will also include packed lunches every day which at the moment looks like it's going to be cup-a soups (Boyf will love that . . .)Comping Challenge

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts in 2005, I've decided that I really must do better in 2006! My budget for the month is £220 for 2 adults, 2 children and carrots/swede for the horse!!
Cupboards are full, so I start the challenge full of optimism...It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.0 -
In again at £185 for the month, which will include a very small birthday "party" towards month end, and two extra guests for at least 5 meals.0
