I don't find this funny at all. I think it's ****** tragic that you think it's so hilarious.
I wasn't posting in response to your OP. But to the post I quoted in my response.
And whilst you're sniggering over your situaiton, I'll just remind you that it was you who said that you didn't think you should have to pay back money lent to you in the interim period.
Because it wasn't my fault I didn't have my income support money!!
Do you know what this is boring now, I have had some excellent advice on this thread and I now no longer need to come on it.
I think its hilarious how petty a lot of you are yes I do, been on income support hasn't been a lifelong ambition of mine and it won't be forever, it's just needed whilst my health improves, what that has to do you ANY of you I do not know but I also do not care what you think. I asked for advice which I got, yes I got a lot of grief also but the help was buried deep down.
So for all of those with the perfect little lives lets hope you never end up in a situation that I have found myself in. For those who have helped and sympathised I thank you greatly and do appreciate it.0

Boppy with all due respect you have sorted out your little problem don't add any further fuel to the fire and hopefully the thread will disappear off the front page.
Thanks Zara, I've just said as much (must've posted as you were posting!) Although I do think some of them will keep searching to add more, I won't be doing though.0

Because it wasn't my fault I didn't have my income support money!!
It's not my fault that I didn't get paid my overtime this month and that I'll have to wait until after Christmas for it. That doesn't mean to say that I should be demanding that my employer "lends" me a pile of cash in its place that I shouldn't have to pay back.
Why would you think that they should?
And with respect, you did get paid your income support money......just into your other bank account!"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0

I know its not what the OP asked but it does seem pretty irresponsible to get pregnant whilst so ill with mental health problems that the OP needs care herself and there is no means of support for the child except from the state.0

No it wasn't what she asked, so why comment on it  This is the Benefits and Tax Credits board for people who want answers to benefits or tax credits not the "lets nitpick, insult and criticise" board.I know its not what the OP asked but it does seem pretty irresponsible to get pregnant whilst so ill with mental health problems that the OP needs care herself and there is no means of support for the child except from the state.MSE_Martin wrote: »This board is here for help and support for those on or looking to claim benefits, not for judgement.
Of course we all know the benefits system is a mess
Whatever you're political persuasion, we're all aware the benefits system is a mess. Whether its the malpayments of tax credits on one hand, benefit fraud on the other hand, or simply the fact that sometimes it doesn't pay to work - everyone has their grumble.
This board is here to help people with their money though..
Yet that isn't what this board is for. It's here to help people find out what they are entitled to under the current system, and to help them get it. Benefits do provide a lifeline for many, and this site is here to help people with their money, and not to judge. Of course, how to illegally defraud the benefits system shouldn't be discussed here, but ensuring you're getting your entitlement is exactly what its about.
Want to discuss the benefits system? Go to the discussion board
If you want to discuss the benefits system itself and issues around it, the appropriate place isn't here but the Discussion Board and even there, please remember courtesy and not to make it personal about anyone. This site's prime purpose it to help people with their money and I will always act to protect that.
 Thanks for your co-operation

I commented because this attitude stinks. I do usually keep to the subject and am fully aware of the rules so there is no need to quote them.0

            LOL.
Whats hilarious about this thread is that at 4.21 yesterday (post #3), Boppy stated :but if electric runs out then we'll literally be having bread and butter in the dark. I have a toddler to feed as well as us and this just isn't fair
It didnt stop her using her PC until past midnight last night and then again today at 10am+.
She was worried about feeding her children in the dark, but using the PC until late at night is just fine.
 LOL.
