Given the short time they have had to get things organised they have done well.
They would not have been privy to any of this "confidential" information until Icesave went pop.
The fact that Icesave used Newcastle BS IT is also a plus - it could have taken a lot longer starting from scratch!

I'll bet Newcastle BS had not planned on the extra load placed on their IT infrastructure by the repayments. Companys dont have spare capacity which can be brought on-line at a moments notice.

Highly unlikely in my view, Gordy needs people to "spend spend spend", the last thing he wants to encourage is saving...

I received my 1st email 4th November, but still no 2nd email, I am hoping it will be soon.

Initiated transfer on Monday evening, just checked linked account and money is there this morning.
Still no 2nd email for the wife but at least the system is working.

Yup, once a day I usually log in to see whether the declaration and disclaimer page is showing yet as this means we can then go on to initiate our claims. If it goes straight to account list page then no joy
