I'm going to make the Baileys cheesecake that is posted on the recipe thread for boxing day. At the bottom of the basic cheesecake it says that it freezes really well, is that still the case if you go for the baileys option? and do you need to add the coffee? I'm hoping to start getting organised sometime soon, but i'm not holding my breath!
Thanks guys

It's my recipe here
yes - it freezes perfectly whatever variety you choose - the coffee is just to give a bit of depth to the Baileys taste, I hate coffee myself but just a few drops of really strong coffee just helps things along0 -
Oh this is perfect! I sorted out the drinks cupboard today and found excess of Baileys. Going to something on boxing day that I need to take a pudding to. Will get ingredients tomorrow.0
