Made the cheesecake at the weekend and it was absolutely GORGEOUS!!

getting right into this cooking lark now so thought i would give this a bash...

Has anyone tried using pectin instead of geletine as my g/f is a veggie and so wont eat geletine. Will it still come out as good?

Hi all,

I want to make a Baileys cheesecake but can't find the recipe I used for it. I got it off here quite a few years ago. I've searched but can't find it on here. The only one I can find says to use coffee and gelatin but that's not the one I want. The one I used had neither of those.

If anyone knows the one I mean I would be so grateful if you could let me know.

This isn't the one I was looking for - the one I used had mascarpone and icing sugar in it and no gelatin or coffee.

Does anyone know where I can find it? I used to make it all the time and don't want to try another recipe as the one I used was the one I liked.
