    Buy the Lidl version, at £4.99 a bottle, it's a lot cheaper and tastes exactly the same ;)

    its 3.99 at mine at the mo :beer:

    I hope my cheesecake on boxing day is as popular as this topic! I'm off to make it now. I might have to open the baileys and just test it before it goes in the cheesecake. It's a tough job but someones got to do it! :snow_laug

  • I'm sure Im not the only one with some baileys left over from Christmas to use up and these desert recipies sound good. I live alone so it is not worth making them for myself but some of you might like them.

    Just found a bottle of baileys (which hasnt been opened) in the back of the cupboard so i am gonna have a go at the cheesecake. Thanks for the recipe.

    I dont like Bailey either, thriftlady, but the recipe does look lovely! Does anyone know if i can use liquid geletine, and if so, how much i would need? I have some in my cupboard!!!
