Oh this is perfect! I sorted out the drinks cupboard today and found excess of Baileys. Going to something on boxing day that I need to take a pudding to. Will get ingredients tomorrow.

I hope my cheesecake on boxing day is as popular as this topic! I'm off to make it now. I might have to open the baileys and just test it before it goes in the cheesecake. It's a tough job but someones got to do it! :snow_laug

  • Am I the only person who doesn't like Baileys?

Am enjoying the thread though :snow_grin
  • I'm sure Im not the only one with some baileys left over from Christmas to use up and these desert recipies sound good. I live alone so it is not worth making them for myself but some of you might like them.
