It has been explained to you several times why your method will not work. You have also been told that normally Malwarebytes will eat this infection.

If it helps you - Your are right and we are complicating things to look smart.

you can follow his advice but Kevins posts shows a marked lack of expertise on this subject

I would follow reluctants good advice as posted above and it should clear the problem

At least you'll have the opportunity to prove that you were right(or not). So take it.

There was some confusion in the chronology of the posts and though the OP may have followed your advice initially, he/she has not indicated as to whether this is the case.

In fact, all of the solutions posted here could work.


I'm sure the OP won't be left in the lurch.
