The rogue software said it was in diagnostic and selective mode or ComboFix?0

When it restarted, it said it was in diagnostic and selective mode, I assume this is because I've told it not to run that antiviruspro?
I'll post the combifix log up when it's finished. Thanks so much for your help so far!

Neither (I think). It was just a Windows box that said it when the computer re-started.
I'm trying the Combofix now, just reading through all the instructions and trying to get everything downloaded.Everyday I am asked to be a magician, in a world where magic does not exist.0

            try combifix first
 http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
and post that log , if it runs then try and run mbam again and if that runs then post that log as well
combifix is a multi pronged bit of software that will remove any other background infections that may be blocking MBAM
I'm doing this now, following these instructions. I've got to the point where it states to drag the Windows Recovery Console onto the Combofix, which should then install it. Its not actually installing it though, it just asks if I want to run Combofix. Is this what it should be doing?Everyday I am asked to be a magician, in a world where magic does not exist.0

            Yes - that's correct0

Reluctant, should I re-start before attempting to run the Combofix? I've tried to drag and drop the recovery console, which is just bringing up the 'run' box. When I click run though, nothing happens. It should bring up a blue box from the instructions, but there's nothing.Everyday I am asked to be a magician, in a world where magic does not exist.0
