what to eat when you're ill?

I'm at home alone tonight and feeling really unwell, i need to make myself something to eat but don't really fancy anything....has anyone got any suggestions of what's good to have when you're unwell, I just need someone to tell me what to eat i think!!

agree - possibly with a poached egg on top of the toast, and maybe some chicken stock or a cup of Bovril.
Mostly though it is usually 'listen to your body' and if there is nothing you feel like eating, then better wait a bit, rather than forcing something down. Have a nice hot bath or a snooze first, maybe?

i would kill for a cup of tea but we've got no milk left in the house and I don't fancy a trip to the shop! I think toast may be the way forward...and a hot bath sounds good....my muscles ache!
At least i don't feel so alone anymore, one post on here the the OS community comes along to help!:T0 -
When im not well i always fancy heinz tomato soup and white bread to dip in it,but i never fancy it anyother time:rolleyes:0

When Im feeling better it has to be pudding chips peas and gravy. Nothing else will do !0 -
I know its not much help now..but buy a pint of milk and freeze it..or keep in some uht,not the same but better than nothing.i would kill for a cup of tea but we've got no milk left in the house and I don't fancy a trip to the shop!
