Think I might see if our Aldi have any in when I go for supplies for my German Christmas party
I'm still deciding what sort of basket/box all my homemade goodies are going in as I want to get them organised as best as possible soon! I'm going to St. Helens next weekend to see my brother/SIL/nieces and as my parents will also be there I'm thinking of taking a lot of presents then for my parents to take back in the car to Nottingham so I can cut down on some of the stuff to carry at Christmas!0 -
I LOVE the box Rusty. Did you just cover a shoebox with paper or did you buy it?Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Hi to you all - just catching up on everyones news.
Hope your little one gets better soon Rusty. Everyone is doing so well with their gifts. I tried really hard today to get into my hampers (not literally!)
I seem to have everything everywhere. I tried grouping the items for each person into carrier bags but then I ended up losing things and getting in a fuddle. So today I ended up with hot chocolate, me on the laptop, infront of the fire internet shopping.
Cooking tea now and then gonna have another try. Any tips on keeping organised greatly appreciated
Many thanks
Aggie

Definately good dealsI cheated as I bought 2 x selection boxes from wilkos which were £1 each or 2 for £1.50, mini roses were 99p 2 x big bars were 99p each or 2 for £1.50 and then the little bars were part of a variety bag and I used approx half the bag which was £2 a bag

Hello everyone!
Rusty- its good she is on antibiotics , that will help with those horrible germies! Another trick is if she doesnt let you rub the vick on her chest , rub it on a bib or a old t shirt ..pillow..top of the quilt , on a cloth right near her little bed ect..
Everyones hampers/ look great!
I brought two canisters today they are quite fancy ISH and have tea/coffee/hotchocolate written on them so i am going to fill some cellophane bags fill them with tea bags/choco powder/coffee and add them along with some shortbread biccys and choccies!
